Once you’ve registered, click start. You’ll then go through the process of registering your business name, entering your business name, duration, mailing address, and contact information.
Keep scrolling down to fill in your business address, registered agent information, organizer, management structure, and members or managers.
Once you’ve entered all your information, you’ll have the opportunity to review it all. Then you’ll electronically sign the form.
When filling out your articles of organization form, be sure to double-check that all the information is accurate and up-to-date.
